I photographed "Altona" in Point Piper a year or so ago which got sold for approximately $52 million ( the most expensive sale at the time). Huge property on the water - I'd be very happy to live in just the boathouse. Sad to read in the Sydney Morning Herald that it may be demolished to make way for a shiny new property.
